The Use of Essential Oils

Aromatherapy is based in the usage of what are called ‘essential oils,’ which are oils that have certain properties when breathed in or applied to the skin. Some of these essential oils include sweet basil, wild chamomile, frankincense, as well as many other oils, each with their own benefits.

There are many purposes that aromatherapy essential oils can be used for. Sometimes they are used to relieve anxiety or help with respiratory problems. They are also sometimes used to provide people with energy, as well as helping out with a number of other problems and conditions.
