Rosemary essential oil is a great one to use during your morning shower because it is a mental and physical stimulant. It is also great to use during a relaxing bath after a long strenuous day because it is an excellent treatment for all muscular conditions. Rosemary has antiseptic properties and is often used to treat muscular sprains, rheumatism, arthritis, depression, fatigue, memory loss, migraine headaches, coughs, flu, and diabetes. It is also used in beauty treatments, hair care products, and acne preparations.

When we went to St Louis, we walked all over downtown with what seemed like a million people who were there for the fair, fireworks and air show. It was exciting and fun but my feet and back were killing me every night when we finally got back to the hotel. To make myself feel better and get a good night’s sleep, I massaged a mixture of rosemary and grapeseed oil on my feet and back after taking a relaxing bath with 8 drops of lavender essential oil. My tired feet and aching back really appreciated the pampering.
