Sprained Wrist Care

wrapped wristYou probably know that I often talk about things happening in my life on this blog. Well, I’ve been using weights in my exercise program and I think they are working, my muscles are really sore anyway. I’ve been using the weights so much that I think I’ve sprained my left wrist.

If you overstretch one or more of the ligaments in your wrist, you have probably sprained it but there are some natural ways to treat that injury. Put an ice pack on your wrist three to four times a day. Then massage your wrist with 20 drops of ginger, 17 drops of nutmeg and 3 drops of clove essential oil diluted in 2 tablespoons of sweet almond oil. Between these treatments, wrap an elastic bandage around your wrist.
