For morning sickness you can add 4-6 drops of spearmint essential oil to a bowl of boiling water. Leave the spearmint water on the floor by your bed all night. This will help your stomach stay calm. The scent of spearmint will drift up while you sleep and quietly do its work. After using the spearmint water for 3 nights in a row, your morning sickness should be gone. If you don’t want to use the bowl of water, you can put one drop of spearmint on your pillow.

Stretch Marks

Here is a belly rub that contains carrier oils that are just as important as the essential oils you will use to keep from getting stretch marks. Use 2 tablespoons almond oil, l tablespoon wheatgerm oil, 10 drops borage seed oil and 5 drops carrot oil to make a good base oil for your tummy rub. The essential oils to add to your base oil are 7 drops rose, 6 drops lavender and 5 drops tangerine. Shake the blend each time you use it and  use it as needed.

Another excellent treatment for stretch marks is shea butter. Just rub it on whenever you want. Shea butter will even remove stretch marks that you already have. It does require continued use over about 6 months but it is well worth it.
