Do you have trouble falling asleep at night? My husband worked nights as a respiratory therapist for years and now that he is retired, his sleep rhythms are out of whack! We have tried many ways to get him to go to sleep at a regular time but he still needs assistance.

Reflexology or foot massage has proven to assist in helping him fall asleep at night. Essential oils have amazing health benefits and also have potent relaxing and calming characteristics. Using these two techniques together is really helpful if you have trouble falling asleep. Always blend your essential oils with a carrier oil for best results.

Of course, essential oils are helpful in many ways and there are a number of methods you can use but reflexology is probably the quickest way to get them into your body because when the essential oil is applied to your feet, its traces can be found in the body after 20 minutes.  There are many essential oils for use with reflexology, depending on what you are working on but we are using a blend of rosemary, cypress and lavender.
