I hope you tried at least one of the aromatherapy recipes in yesterday’s blog. If you did, I know you are ready to have a longer list to choose from so today, I’m giving you a few more recipes. Remember, these recipes are for your olfactory pleasure (they smell scrumptious) but as with any essential oils, they may also affect your mood in a pleasant way – some even sensually! Use the amounts suggested when you try out the recipe. If you really like it and want to make more for later, just double or triple the recipe. You can try out several recipes in one evening if you just use a diffuser made from non-porous material so that it can be wiped out after each use.

10 drops Lime
7 drops Bergamot
2 drops Ylang Ylang
1 drop Rose

4 drops Bergamot
2 drops Lemon
2 drops Grapefruit
2 drops Ylang Ylang

5 drops Rosemary
1 drop Peppermint
3 drops Lavender
1 drop Roman Chamomile

1 drop Jasmine
6 drops Sweet Orange
3 drops Patchouli

4 drops Ylang Yalng
4 drops Clary Sage
2 drops Bergamot

1 drop Ylang Ylang
