Ever hear someone snorting and wish you could give them something to make them stop? Next time, offer them them some essential oils. A steam inhalation using a combination of 3 drops  rosemary, 1 drop oregano and 1 drop peppermint will really open up those sinuses.

You can make a blend for your friend. Use 2 drops rosemary, 1 drop geranium and 1 drop eucalyptus. Take one drop of this blend, put it on a tissue, give it to your friend (of course, you can use it yourself if you are the one with the sinus problem) and inhale it throughout the day.

Did your mom use to rub you down with a salve when you had a cold or your sinuses were stopped up? Blend 5 drops rosemary, 5 drops geranium, 2 drops eucalyptus and 3 drops peppermint. Use 5 drops of the blend per teaspoon of a carrier oil like almond oil and use only the one teaspoon of this mixture per massage. Massage around the neck, behind and in front of the ears, over the cheekbones, the nose and the forehead.
