sleepnessHave you ever been all keyed up and knew you needed to go to sleep but just couldn’t turn off your brain? Those are the times when you need to use an aromatherapy tranquilizing room spray. Use a couple of sprays in the air and before you know it, you’ll be asleep. Use the following recipe to make your own.

Tranquilizing Room Spray

  • 5 drops lavender
  • 5 drops frankincense
  • 5 drops sweet orange

Use a 2 ounce spray bottle filled with water, leaving a small amount of room for the essential oil drops. Shake well before using each time. You can spray the air, your pillows or your sheets.
