Are you thinking about losing weight? If you are then, good for you. Just remember, when you start an exercise  program after laying off for a while, you will probably get sore muscles in the bargain. Essential oils can sooth those aches and pains and maybe even help you stay on your program. They not only provide your body with the deep cleaning you need but also help eliminate waste products from your body.

Before you take your shower, put three neat drops of essential oil on a clean washcloth and massage that all over your body and then shower as you normally do. A blend of equal parts of rosemary, lemon, and eucalyptus peppermint is a wonderful mixture for this purpose. When you are done showering, massage your muscles  with a muscle relaxing oil or a toning oil – whichever one meets your needs.
