The cold temperatures, frosty winds and dark days of winter can wreak havoc on your skin as well as your mood.  Pamper your skin with aromatherapy ingredients you probably already have at home. Take care of windburn, rosacea, bacne and eczema with an aromatherapy skin soothing ointment.

Eucalyptus has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties that soothe and heal inflamed skin. Coconut oil contains anti-oxidants that repair and protect your skin’s barrier and help prevent future problems. Mix 1 tablespoon of coconut oil with 3 drops of eucalyptus essential oil. Apply this blend to areas where your skin is irritated. You should feel relief right away but continue to use this two to three times a week for ongoing relief.
